wasted spy turns....

i just sabotaged someone's offense to shit....and i checked it and he had 1,091 scud missles at 25/2,560 health...and then i used 95 of my remaining 100 spy turns to sab his offense even more...and when i spyed on his offense one last time to see the final damage he was still at 1,091 with 25/2560....so...what i want to know is how come NONE of his weapons were destroyed when each time i sabotaged him it told me i was destroying around 10 each time...?

im not 100% sure, but i think if u get the weapons damged by 10%, sabbing is usless afterward.... or like, if u destroy 10% of the weapons its useless after.... idk
