Become the Admin's Officer (please?)

I'm looking for active players to become my officer, for clicks. None of my current officers have contributed anything so I will be allowing in an entirely new set of officers.

Unit production is 195 / turn and steadily increasing. I will be clicking all my officers links every 12 hours as well.
