not a clue, but he was gone for a bit then he magically reappeared back on the list...

no way in blue hell can an upgrade to 337 UP give that many points... i mean my freaking spy level is at 16 and my UP is 288, why isnt my score higher?

you're forgetting that the UP costs increase exponentially. The cost to go from 200 to 250 is tiny compared the cost to go from 250 to 300. going from 300 to 350 is even worse.

Ehh...it's doable, I guess. On my first round of turns, I went from 0 to the top 40-ish. And I only did it quasi-intelligently. Someone who was really thinking could easily make a TON of cash right up front with all of the dumb people hoarding oil without defending it.

Makes me wish that I'd found filter earlier, though, while he was saving up cash for UP. ;)
