1. I buy 20 weapons after the upgrade.

2. I buy 20 weapons first, THEN upgrade.


Are they gonna have different FINAL effects?

If it's like kings of chaos, then no. That is your stat would be the same after the 20 weapons. Before acquiring 20 weapons, however, your stat would be very different. You would probably be better off getting 20 weapons first.

if you upgrade, then all weapons you own have the bonus applied to them, regardless of when you purchased them.
