Will some Moderators be chosen by an Administrator personally? Or is the poll the only way of being granted as a Moderator? The poll is biased to more popular players.

Well, it really only matters to players who are in here anyway. If anything, this is a popularity vote. All the FTS/DR/etc. fellows are voting for Paul, and all the FF guys are voting for Zzeta.

not really, Corn is more popular than Zzeta... peeps from a clan just choose someone who they think would be good (from their clan), and then they all pool their votes on em

Vamp is the only forum mod, aside from thewird, Funky?, and Oser, who are game (and forum?) admins.

You never know... I suggest that 1 Mod be chosen via poll votes and another should be selected by the current Moderator group. It'd be wrong to just depend your Moderator votes on a poll. I've never seen a forum have a poll on Moderators. This is more of a popularity contest than anything else.

Some forumer with bad intentions could sign up and if he's very popular everyone would vote for him. Then we'll have an idiot as a Moderator.

Here it is, the Apply to be a mod. Gonna run a wird approved poll for new mods. He didn't state how many, or any real requirements.

We don't know for sure how many mods there are going to be.

I'm not saying all of this for my votes to raise. I honestly think there would be much better Mods other than the ones who are currently leading. Those such as Napoleon and Corn Nuts would do great.

** Well it wasn't working right. I never created a 2nd account to test it with.

** There are new options, check Thread Tools

** Infraction is just a warning system. Same for reputation (except it shows if you are good as well.

Yes...I am indeed a mod...and if you are the creator of a thread and feel that it needs to be locked feel free to PM me and I will lock it ASAP...same with Editing...if you want the opening post of an alliance thread or something changed (I WILL NOT edit your posts because of stupid things like "I don’t want to sound stupid..." etc..) PM me also, and i will edit it ASAP if I see it reasonable. Just figured I would point all that out...in case it became necessary...
