not getting unit production

I am losing a lot of money each turn. Just my last turn was over 14,000 short of what it should have for my unit production. And this is not the first time. Is anybody else having this problem? And can I get reimburst for my lost wages? :roll:

this last turn my projected income was 19,460 lower than it should have been. this is starting to hurt. Can someone please help?
