Defense/Offense Power

today i log on and i had alot of oil so i spent it on defense and total today have raised it about 400k

so i get attacked about 1 hour ago and it shows i had 600k defense when im close to 900k defense

i dont like all this influx in defense power, and ive noticed it in/deflux's alot less with offense

i really dont think i should lose 300k defense

i know the .65-1 but i think it should be more like .85-1 so people dont get lucky like that

well on the other hand you could get lucky and get 1.0 defense while someone gets 0.65 offense. I think having it vary means you are less likely to get attacked.

in any case, it calculates it the same for offense and defense.

im not sure these values are right to be honest..
When i consider what my attack rating is.. to attack someone and get this back...

Attack defended 1 0 0 2,697,760 x,xxx,xxx (consealed so as to not give away too much info about who has what defense levels ;))

That 2,697,760 is almost half the AR i had at the time too.. and i see this quiet alot.
I understand there needs to be an element of chance in it but seems like there is too much too often.
